Possible Delay for Music City Star Commuter Rail

I'm sure it will come as no surprise to most, but once again a potential delay might be possible for the Music City Star commuter railway, which has a new station being built in Hermitage. This time it's over the cost of insurance, which is going to cost somewhere between 600k and 700k dollars a year, which is about a quarter of the proposed annual operating budget. That seems a bit steep to me, but I'm no insurance expert.

I'm more worried that if they only run three trains in the morning and three in the afternoon is it going to be convienient or flexible enough for anyone to bother using it?

Music City Star Sightings

We've been seeing the Music City Star coming through Hermitage and Mt. Juliet on tests recently. It looks very shiny and new. One day there were 2 passenger cars attached and recently we saw 3 cars attached. Hopefully they'll actually be able to get this going on time.
